Tia Perez, MS, MSW, LCSW, earned her Master of Social Work degree in 2020 and brings extensive experience across diverse social work and mental health settings. Her professional background includes roles in Adult Protective Services, Hospice Care as a Medical Social Worker, Elementary School Social Worker, and her current role as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist within a public school district.
Tia is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS), supporting children and families through evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
She is the founder of Treyboy Connections, Inc., a nonprofit organization established to advocate for the importance of sensory supports for children and adults with neurodiverse needs. Inspired by her experiences as both a clinician and a parent to her son, Trey, Tia is deeply committed to promoting accessibility, inclusion, and understanding within schools, community organizations, and public spaces.
Through her work, Tia serves as both a professional and a parent-advocate, championing the needs of not only her own child, but of families and individuals in communities everywhere.
Megan Paben, MOT, OTR/L, ASDCS, CTP, CIA, TIE received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2007. She began her career as a school-based occupational therapist in rural Nebraska, serving multiple small school districts and developing a strong foundation in educational service delivery.
After two years in the school setting, Megan transitioned to an outpatient pediatric clinic, where she worked with a wide range of diagnoses, while specializing in sensory processing, vision, and feeding. Her role included serving as the clinic’s marketing coordinator. She later advanced into a management role, overseeing clinic operations and expanding her clinical experience to include school-based services within the community as well as adult outpatient services connected to the medical clinic. Megan also worked closely with a medical office to create a clinical pathway for ADHD.
In 2018, Megan and her family relocated to Colorado, where she currently works as an occupational therapist in a growing school district. In her current role, she serves as the lead motor staff member and provides occupational therapy services. In addition to her school-based role, she continues to work within an outpatient pediatric clinic as well as is the OT/PT Specialist for Colorado Department of Education.
Megan is a certified Autism Spectrum Disorders Clinical Specialist. Megan is a Certified Trauma Professional, Trauma-Informed Educator, and Certified Inclusivity Assessor. She holds a micro-credential in Supporting Social and Emotional Wellbeing in K-12, Supporting Academic Achievement in School-Based Practice, and Supporting Educational Transitions from K-12 to Adulthood. She also holds a Professional Certificate in School-Based Practice.
Megan has developed and led Sensory Inclusion Nights to promote meaningful participation, accessibility, and community engagement for students and their families. She serves on advisory boards for an OTA program as well as an OTD program. Megan will complete her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in April 2026. Megan is excited and honored to be a board member for Treyboy Connections Inc.

Dr. Audrey S. Ramos, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Fellow and the founder of Crestpoint Psych Services. She provides trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health care focused on helping individuals heal from emotional challenges, manage stress and anxiety, and build lasting resilience. Dr. Ramos brings advanced clinical training in therapy and psychological assessment, allowing her to create personalized treatment plans that support both immediate relief and long-term growth.
Prior to entering the field of psychology, Dr. Ramos retired from a career in law enforcement, which gives her a deep understanding of stress, trauma, and the emotional impact of demanding life experiences. In addition to her clinical work, she has served in several leadership and community-focused roles, including as a Victim Advocate, a Commissioner for the ORPC 5th Congressional District, and a Commissioner for the 4th Judicial District Nominating Commission. These experiences reflect her long-standing commitment to service, advocacy, and community involvement.
Through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic style, Dr. Ramos is dedicated to helping clients feel empowered, understood, and equipped with the tools needed to move forward with confidence and emotional well-being.
Brandi Williams serves as a board member of Treyboy Connections bringing a strong commitment to advocacy, leadership, and family centered support. As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, Brandi offers valuable lived experience and insight into the challenges families face when navigating care, education, and support systems.
With a background in mentorship and service, she is passionate about advancing inclusive practices, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring families have access to meaningful resources. Brandi is dedicated to supporting the organization’s mission and helping amplify the voices of individuals with autism and their families.
Payton Campbell is a graduate of Colorado State University-Pueblo, where he received his bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2020, and went on to complete his Master's degree in Social Work in 2021. In 2023, he became a licensed social worker (LSW) and is nearing completion of his licensed clinical social worker requirements (LCSW). Payton brings passion along with multiple years of experience in advocating for children and adults; from his eight years in the United States Army, two years working as a child welfare caseworker with the El Paso County Department of Human Services, and the last three years working as a school-based mental health therapist in Widefield School District 3. Payton’s multidisciplinary background brings a skill set to the board of Treyboy Connections, including a mission-driven approach coupled with compassion and empathy for others to be heard. His previous experience directly aligns with the mission of Treyboy Connections, in “promoting inclusivity for children and adults of all abilities”. When Payton is not working to advocate for others, he can be found spending time with his wife Emily and their golden retriever Daisy. He also enjoys going on bike rides when the weather permits, playing golf, fishing, spending time with friends, and college football. It is an honor for the opportunity to be able to serve as a member of the board for Treyboy Connections.
